Grow existing accounts and maintain its profitability.
Acting as a Key Account Manager.
Lead a team of recruiters.
The main KRAs of the incumbent will be of Account Management in IT staffing Industry.
Expert in client management, farming.
Strong in Client interaction with a background in relationship building, business development
Looking for an executive having extensive contacts and a consistent track record of reaching targets.
Able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment & independently execute plans.
To generate revenue & business, negotiate deals & manage relationships from start to end.
Must possess strong communication, MS-Word, MS Excel & MS- PowerPoint skills.
An aggressive approach toward winning clients.
Will be responsible for acquiring new clients, new projects, managing them to develop new business.
Can lead a recruitment team , look after the delivery part .
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Must have worked at ease with Mid & Top level and IT leadership
